Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of StackLedge (the "Site", "we", "us", "our"), available at https://www.stackledge.com. By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting a listing, or purchasing a paid feature, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What we do
StackLedge is a curated directory of automation, AI and SaaS tools. Users may browse listings free of charge, create an account, and submit tools for review. Some listing features are optional paid upgrades (for example, featured or premium placement), described at the point of purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Submissions and content
When you submit a tool, workflow, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Free submissions are reviewed before publication and we may reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including after publication, if it is inaccurate, misleading, abandoned, or violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant StackLedge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotional material (for example, social posts or the blog).
4. Paid features and payment processing
Certain listing features, such as featured or premium placement, require payment. All payments made on the Site are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for these transactions. This means:
- Paddle collects payment on our behalf, issues invoices/receipts, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT.
- Your payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored on our servers.
- Paddle's own Buyer Terms apply to the checkout and payment process in addition to these Terms.
- Order confirmation and billing support for a specific transaction may be handled by Paddle directly.
Refunds for paid features are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, or impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to manipulate rankings, badge verification, upvotes, or reviews through automated or deceptive means.
- Scrape, resell, or republish the directory's data at scale without permission, beyond what our public API and sitemap allow.
- Interfere with the Site's security, availability, or normal operation.
- Use the Site to submit or promote unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and branding, excluding third-party listing content and trademarks, belong to StackLedge. Listed products and their names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners; inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement or affiliation. StackLedge is an independent project and is not affiliated with n8n GmbH or any product listed here.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its listings are provided "as is". We do our best to review submissions for accuracy but do not guarantee that any listed tool is safe, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use listed third-party tools at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackLedge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any listed third-party product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for that feature.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any statutory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page or by email at [email protected].
