Amplaud is a customer-proof platform that helps businesses collect testimonials and reviews, review submissions, publish approved proof, and keep advocates connected to the content they provide. Campaigns create a branded collection link where customers can submit written responses, record videos, or follow a configured public-review destination.

Every submission enters an approval queue with its source and campaign context attached. Teams can review each item and approve or reject it before using it publicly. Approved testimonials, videos, reviews, and social proof are stored in a reusable Proof Library.

Amplaud provides hosted Walls of Love and embeddable proof widgets for placing selected customer stories on pages where buyers need additional context. The platform includes nine Wall of Love templates, and paid plans provide unlimited walls. Walls can be hosted by Amplaud or embedded into another page using a script or iframe.

Reward workflows are available on Growth and Scale plans. Rewards can be issued through Tremendous gift cards, a business’s own code inventory, or connected workflows. Rewards trigger when a submission is approved rather than according to whether the customer provided a positive opinion.

The platform includes campaign management, text and video collection, CSV import, source tracking, advocate records, reward history, Slack, Discord, Teams, Zapier, webhooks, a REST API, and insights covering themes, ratings, and trends. Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day trial without requiring a card.
