About ConnectMachine, AI agent for cards, contacts & networking

A mobile app built around the two halves of networking that usually get separated: handing over your details, and remembering who the person was. You can build multiple cards for different contexts, work, personal, a specific event, and control exactly which fields each one shows. Sharing happens through a QR code or link, so the person on the other end just points their camera and the details land in their phone with no app install and no signup on their side. Cards can also live in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Going the other direction, the app scans physical business cards and converts them into searchable contacts. You can record a conversation on the spot and attach it to that contact, which is the part aimed at conference and event use, where the problem is rarely collecting cards and usually recalling why you took them. An assistant feature sits on top of the contact list and calendar and answers questions in natural language rather than requiring you to remember names.

The free tier covers up to four cards, three physical card scans, CSV export, Wallet integration and home screen widgets. Paid is 5.99 a month and unlocks unlimited cards and scans, CRM integration through Zapier, the AI notetaker and the assistant. Teams are the same 5.99 per seat with centralised billing, seat management, custom domain support and admin branding controls.

Practical notes: this is a phone app, iOS and Android, with no desktop version. Recording conversations is a core feature, so consent rules where you are matter. The company publishes a roadmap, release notes and docs, and there is an affiliate programme with a white label option described as planned rather than available.
