About Doc Translator
A document translator built around one problem: machine translation usually returns text and leaves you to rebuild the file. This rebuilds the document instead, keeping columns, tables, fonts, images and charts where they were, so what comes back is a file you can send rather than a wall of text to reformat.
Format coverage is the strongest part. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, EPUB, Markdown, TXT, and structured formats including JSON, XML and YAML. Images work too, covering JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF, as do subtitle files in SRT and VTT. Source language is auto-detected across more than 150 targets.
You can translate a file without creating an account, which is unusual in this category and makes it easy to test on something real before deciding. Paid plans are credit-based, roughly one credit per standard page, starting at 4.90 a month for 3,000 pages and 10 MB uploads, rising to 19.90 for 25,000 pages, 50 MB uploads and ten concurrent jobs. Note those figures are the annual-billed rates; monthly costs more.
Files are sent over an encrypted connection and deleted after processing according to the privacy policy. The team recommends human review before publishing anything legal or medical, which is the right caveat for AI translation of high-stakes material.
