HousePlanAI turns a plain-language brief into a real, editable floor plan. Instead of hiring a professional before you know what you want, or fighting CAD tools built for people who already think in walls and dimensions, you describe the house you have in mind and get a workable plan back in about a minute.

You start by setting your plot size in feet or meters, then answer a short set of tap-to-answer questions covering bedrooms, floors, parking and the things that matter to you. If your wishlist won't fit the plot, it says so directly and suggests concrete fixes like adding a floor or dropping a bedroom rather than failing quietly. It then produces several distinct layouts, each scored and explained in everyday terms such as best ventilation or largest living room, and you pick one.

From there you get a 3D walkthrough plus a full 2D editor where walls, doors, windows, rooms and staircases are all editable, with furniture and material options and one-tap switching to 3D. Finished plans export to an A3 PDF or a shareable link.

The generator is in beta and produces concept plans for exploring ideas, not construction drawings. No account is needed and it's free to use.
