What fees apply to member payments?
The FAQ says online payments through Stripe carry Stripe’s fee plus a 0.5% MatSync app fee. Cash, bank transfers and other payments recorded manually have no app fee.
Where is club data stored, and can I take it with me?
The site says data is hosted in EU data centres and encrypted in transit and at rest. The FAQ says you can download member data and financial reports at any time, including if you leave.
