About Orisift
Orisift is a developer-focused validation API that checks phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, and domains through one endpoint. It automatically detects the input type and returns a consistent JSON response for each lookup.
Each result includes a verdict, risk score, evidence coverage, source-backed signals, capability states, recommended actions, and stated limitations. Phone checks cover numbering-plan validity, email checks examine domain routing and disposable providers, IP checks use registry and DNS signals, and domain checks inspect DNS and email-authentication configuration.
The API supports bearer-token authentication, idempotency keys, server-side requests, a published TypeScript SDK, and structured policy actions. A retry with the same idempotency key can replay the original result without charging another credit.
Orisift offers a free allowance of 500 signup credits and paid monthly plans with shared credit balances. Phone, email, and IP lookups cost one credit each, while domain lookups cost two credits.
